Strip out the old, the damaged and the dated — down to what's structurally sound, so problems get fixed instead of covered up.
Fix what's underneath: framing, subfloor, plumbing routes, concrete — the work you don't see that makes everything else last.
Build the new space with quality materials and skilled trades, finished clean and done when we said it would be.

Who you're hiring
30 years in the trade. One name on the work.
Rip & Fix Construction is led by Steve Arsenault, with three decades in the construction and renovation business. Our motto — "Repair, Rebuild, Replace" — is how we run every job: quality craftsmanship, prompt service and customer care from start to finish.
Building in the Peace country means building for the Peace country: deep frost, heavy snow, -40 winters and short summers. That experience shows up in how we prep a slab, frame an addition and shingle a roof.
